By accessing or using BrowDesk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

BrowDesk provides an online booking and client management platform designed for PMU and microblading artists. Our services include online scheduling, payment processing, client management, and related tools.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Deposit collection fees may apply as outlined in your plan.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

6. Limitation of Liability

BrowDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
